Every Studio Lotte project begins with a design consultation, allowing us to understand your space, your goals, and how you live before moving into deeper design work.

Should you decide to proceed with a further design service, your initial consultation fee will be deducted from the final cost. The services below are our standard packages; however, every project is different, so if you need help with sourcing furniture or artwork, or require anything else in particular, please reach out or book an initial consultation to discuss further.

  • Design Consultation — Where every project starts

    The Design Consultation lays the foundation for every Studio Lotte project, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a strong foundation. It is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or want clarity before making confident decisions.


    Includes a 60–90 minute consultation online or in person (travel expenses may apply) to discuss layouts, colour schemes, materials and styling. You’ll receive follow-up notes outlining key recommendations and clear next steps.

    Price £95

    (fee is deductible if you decide to proceed with a design service).

  • Colour Consultancy

    Studio Lotte offers both in-person and virtual colour consultations, helping you find tones that complement your light, architecture, and style.

    We’ll review your space, discuss how you want it to feel, and create a bespoke colour plan for your walls, ceilings, fabrics and woodwork, complete with paint and/or wallpaper names and finishes. Samples of fabrics, paints and papers are charged additionally.

    The Colour Consultancy Package price applies to one room. Additional rooms charged separately.

  • Concept Development Package

    A deeper, creative exploration of your space that provides you with a finished, comprehensive visual and understanding of the project.


    After our initial design consultation you’ll receive a detailed bespoke mood board, colour palette, floor plan and styling direction to define the overall look and feel. This complete package captures the essence of your home before committing to the full-scale design.

    Package price applies to one room. Additional rooms charged separately.

    Begin Concept Development

  • Full Interior Design Service

    For clients wanting a complete transformation from concept to completion without the hassle.
    Studio Lotte project manages every step to ensure the process feels seamless and considered.

    After your design consultation, you’ll receive a detailed development package document for approval. From there, Studio Lotte manages everything — coordinating trades, overseeing installations, and ensuring every detail comes together beautifully.

    Fee is based on project size & budget. Book below to secure your initial Design Consultation and from there we can discuss your project in detail.
